Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). After processing, delivery takes 3–4 business days.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

A flat $5.00 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $50.00.
Orders of $50.00 or more receive free standard shipping.

Delivery Area & Carriers

This policy covers domestic (U.S.) shipments. We partner with reliable carriers; tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other uncontrollable events.

Address Changes & Errors

Please confirm your shipping information before placing your order. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or not received, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
